Hello and welcome to all!
Avasant is delighted to lead the UK Chapter of IRPA AI. We are excited to lead the creation of a community of practitioners, suppliers and enablers of digital technology to share experiences and facilitate learning. The UK Chapter will be the central point for a digital ecosystem in the UK that provides the platform for thought leadership, learning, and experience sharing in a collaborative and relational environment around Intelligent Automation and Artificial Intelligence. We look forward to working with you.
About the Chapter Lead
Srinivas is an experienced Organisational and Deal Architect focussed on designing and building institutional and individual capacity within organisations to manage Collaborative and Relational Business Models in the digital world.
A Sloan Fellow of the London Business School, where his Fellowship thesis on architecting and managing outsourced models was awarded a distinction, he believes in developing relational business models through effective strategy, economics, contract structures and governance, and developing a collaborative and trust-based growth mindset, fundamental to driving sustainable economic value.
Presently, he is a Managing Director at Avasant responsible for building its UK & European consulting practice. Over a long career in contract strategy and economics across Microsoft, KPMG and Andersen, he has helped several businesses architect relational models. One of them was recognised by the London School of Economics and University of Tennessee as a High Performance BPO whilst another by Treasury Today as the “Strategic Outsourcing Solution to watch out”.
