By joining our membership, subscribing to our newsletter, downloading “member area” content from our websites or registering for an event, you agree to receive all membership communications including other content, events and announcements that we believe would be of interest to you. You agree to receive e-mails, phone calls and SMS messages from us (if you opt to share phone details with us) and may adjust the type of emails you receive or unsubscribe at any time by clicking the “Subscription Preferences” or “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any e-mail or by replying to our SMS messages with STOP at any time.

We will never directly sell your contact information or preferences to 3rd parties, however, when a user voluntarily registers as a member, event or webinar attendee or otherwise discloses personal identification information on our member websites/landing pages,  IRPA AI may use the information for marketing and promotional purposes, or share the information with organizations affiliated with IRPA AI. When opting in to certain events or downloading particular sponsored content, we may share these lists, which include your registration or website user information, to sponsors or other reputable organizations whose perspective, products or services we think you might find interesting or helpful. While we require these organizations to agree not to SPAM the members or subscribers we share with them & IRPA AI does its best to ensure they comply with e-mail best practices, appropriate privacy policies and the CAN-SPAM act, IRPA AI bears no responsibility for any actions or policies of third parties.

IRPA AI may also collect identifying information about individual website users, registered members, event registrants, webinar registrants and anyone who fills out an inquiry or content download form on our website. We reserve the right to place tracking cookies in a user’s computer browser files for the purpose of tracking the web pages a user accesses during each visit.

From time to time, we may use member information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice. If our information practices change at some time in the future, we will post the policy changes to our website to notify you of these changes. IRPA AI reserves the right to change this policy at any time without notice.

Compliance Statements:

CAN-SPAM Act​: IRPA AI​ is fully CAN-SPAM compliant, however, our emails are classified as “member communications” and sent only to registered members and subscribers who have “opted-in” to receive such communications. We do not send unsolicited commercial e-mails.

GDPR Statement: GDPR does not apply to IRPA AI. Although we have members and subscribers globally, IRPA AI is incorporated in the United States and has no legal business entity or formal place of business/presence in the European Union; our e-mails are exclusively focused on business to business communications (not consumer); and are sent only to registered members and subscribers who have “opted-in” to receive such communications. We are, however, in the process of implementing several GDPR requirements in the interest of industry standards and e-mail best practices.
