IRPA AI will Launch New Chapter in South Africa Next Year
New York, NY – Zondwa Mandela, grandson of Nelson and Winnie Mandela, has been added to the speakers’ roster for the IRPA AI’s Automation Innovation Conference being held on Thursday, November 29 at the Convene in New York City.
Mandela, Co-Founder of the Mandela Legacy Foundation, will address attendees about creating a future for South Africa’s youth by providing hope, guidance and opportunity through digital skills enrichment and other training initiatives.
He will also join Frank Casale, IRPA AI Founder, to announce that IRPA AI will launch a national chapter in South Africa in partnership with InterGlobal Management Group (IMG), an Australia-based growth capital firm investing in companies that provide innovative technology-enhanced solutions into the BPO, enterprise SaaS and digital media sector. IMG has significant operations in South Africa.
Automation Innovation NY, IRPA AI’s flagship conference, brings together leaders in the robotic process automation and artificial intelligence industry for a day of programs and presentations. This year’s theme is “Harmonizing RPA, intelligent automation and cognitive.”
“We’re excited Zondwa Mandela will speak at our conference,” said Frank Casale, IRPA AI Founder. “Digital technologies like RPA and artificial intelligence, are creating demand for the next generation of analysts and engineers. Zondwa understands the importance of creating opportunities for the youth of his country and knows South Africa has unlimited potential as a source for that talent.”
“South Africa’s contact center and BPO industries are expanding and the country is recognized as a great offshore customer service location for U.S. businesses,” said Duncan Wallace, an IMG partner. “It is more important than ever that South Africa embrace transformation and encourage digital opportunities for youth.”
IRPA AI and IMG will launch the South African IRPA AI Chapter to accelerate the understanding of the business opportunities related to RPA and AI in South Africa. IRPA AI is the largest organization for professionals in the industry with more than 16,000 members worldwide and chapters in the United Kingdom, Italy, Japan, Mexico and Colombia.
