Connecting the North and South American marketplaces through Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) talent hubs in New York and Medellín, Colombia, DAPI provides companies with direct access to trained, experienced and certified RPA and AI professionals on demand and at scale.
Access to Ready Talent
“The greatest challenge in RPA and AI is not the technology, it’s finding the talent,” said Frank Casale, Co-Founder, Digital Americas Pipeline Initiative and Founder of IRPA AI. “The primary objective of DAPI is to train local talent to address the growing global demand in the field. It is important for our members in the Americas that this talent hub be located in a similar time zone, have a sizable educated labor pool, be cost effective and committed to development of emerging technologies. Artificial Intelligence and Robotic Process Automation are two complementary trends that are rapidly transforming the productive fabric of the world. However, staffing skills is the No. 1 challenge for 54 percent of CIOs looking to adopt AI, according to Gartner, which has deemed 2018 as the year “AI Democratization” begins. Against this background, Medellín is preparing to be an important player in the development and implementation of these high in demand technologies.
DAPI is specifically focused on the development of RPA solutions using the most widely used and robust tools in today’s market, such as Blue Prism, UiPath, and Automation Anywhere, and on offering application development services focused on Artificial Intelligence.
